| Provide industry technical support to a joint program with all stakeholders to phase out Leaded gasoline in all SSA countries by 2005. | | Assist governments and Industry-Government fuels committees to set recommended fuel specifications appropriate to each country/region. | | Work with government partners and stakeholders in oil refining and distribution facilities to secure required investment in SSA Refining infrastructure to produce Unleaded gasoline. | | To provide technical assistance to countries reliant solely on imports, to enable a rapid conversion to Unleaded gasoline. | |
