| Launch of the world's first sustainability stock index family, the Dow Jones Sustainability Indexes (DJSI) in 1999, in cooperation with Dow Jones & Company. | | Establishment of the DJSI as a global benchmark for sustainability-related financial products. To date, 38 licences have been sold to financial services providers from 15 countries. Assets managed based on the DJSI family amount to over 2.2 bn EUR. | | Creation and launch of innovative sustainable theme funds (e.g. Sustainable Water Fund and SAM Smart Energy Fund) and establishment as first European energy venture capital player. |
